Responsible for the management of commercial stock, from ordering stock, to security and management of stock levels. Job title: General Manager Location: Pendine Sands Holiday Park
We are currently recruiting a General Manager to be based at Pendine Sands in South Wales.
For this role you will be required to manage all day to day aspects of a holiday park operation including, retail, catering and leisure facilities.
You will need a talent for achieving financial results and have a proven ability to deliver
excellent holiday homes sales and deal with owners on a day to day basis. You will also need to develop retail and catering opportunities.
This position would suit an experienced Manager with a proven track record of managing a similar sized leisure business. You will need a flexible approach to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment and you will be able to lead, motivate and inspire the park team through hands-on leadership to deliver financial targets and excellent customer service.
